There will be food with Baltic Sea and seaweed theme for both big and small appetites, priced at €8.5/small and €17/large.
The event will also serve delicious and unique Under Ytan's Green Beanies for €4,5 and seaweed cocktails for €5.5. For every Green Beanie, €0.5 will be donated to the John Nurminen Foundation.
Under Ytan works to increase biodiversity in the Baltic Sea through innovative farming systems for seaweed, algae, mussels, and other marine species. Åland has the opportunity to act as a center for algae and seaweed development in the Baltic Sea. Simultaneously, a culinary journey has been initiated to highlight the hidden flavors of the Baltic Sea through unique food and drink experiences.
